Online Delivery

We like to make things easy for you to buy online wherever you are in the world, so we keep our delivery charges and options as simple as possible.

Delivery within Australia

• Free delivery for sales of $150 or more to Australian addresses
• $15 flat fee for sales under $150 to Australian addresses
• Australia Post delivery service will reach you in 1-3 days (often next day) in Australia

Delivery outside Australia

• We ship anywhere in the world with DHL, which usually takes from 2-4 days to reach you depending on your location.
• The price you see at the checkout includes all charges and duties based on your order and your country so there are no further charges for you on arrival.
• Payments and any customs charges are securely managed through international payments provider Borderfree (Global-e).
• New Zealand: Free delivery for orders over $500. Orders under $500 - $40 flat fee.
• Rest of World: Free delivery applies depending on total value of order and any delivery costs will be presented to you at the checkout before you finalise your purchase.

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation which gives you a link so you can track the progress of the parcel.
